Returns 

Returns are borne by the customer unless it has been a shipping error or a problem with the item, in which case Varunah will be responsible for the parcel.

- The policy lasts 10 calendar days. If more than 10 days have passed unfortunately we will not be able to make an exchange or return.

- In order to apply to a return or exchange, the garment must be unused, in the same shipping condition, with labels, hygiene patch and in the original wrap.

- In order to make the return or exchange, the purchase receipt is required.

- No exchange or return will be received if not notified and authorized by mail:  varunah@varunahstore.com

- A return slip will be sent by email.

Applicable returns

After receiving the item, you will be reviewed and notified of the change or return decision.

If approved, then the refund will be made in the manner with which the payment was made, it will take 4 to 5 business days to make the return. 

Shipping

From the date of purchase, it will take 4-5 business days for the shipment to be processed and reach your shipping address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number to track your purchase.
